Unniyappam ka swad vishesh roop se nariyal aur gud ke bharpoor hone ke karan aata hai. Nariyal ismein ek creamy aur thoda nutty texture aur swad pradaan karta hai. Jaggery ki mithas is mithai ko aur bhi anokha banati hai. Elaichi powder ismein ek aur mithaas aur arome pradaan karta hai.

Unniyappam ko banane ke liye chawal ka aata, grated jaggery, grated nariyal, elaichi powder aur baking soda ko acche se milaya jata hai. Isko gada halka-thoda ghol banaya jata hai, jisse mithai ki texture aur consistency sahi ho. Kadhai mein garam tel mein Unniyappam ki shape di jati hai aur dheemi aanch par pakaya jata hai. Unniyappam ko halki brown hone tak pakaya jata hai, jisse wo crispy bahar se aur spongy aur soft andar se ho jaye.

Making of Unniyappam recipe in Hindi (Vidhi Unniyappam Banane ki)

Ek bade bartan mein chawal ka aata, grated jaggery, grated nariyal, elaichi powder aur baking soda ko acche se mix karein.
Ab thoda-thoda paani daal kar aata ko gada halka-thoda ghol bana lein. Dhyan rahein ki aata gada hona chahiye, bahut patla ya bahut gada na ho.
Ab kadhai mein tel garam karein, aur kadhai mein Unniyappam banane ke liye aate ka thoda sa hissa daal kar evenly distribute karein. Dhyan rahein ki Unniyappam ko golakar shape dena hai.
Unniyappam ko dheemi aanch par pakayein. Ek side halki brown ho jane par unhe palat dein aur dusri side bhi pakayein.
Jab Unniyappam acchi tarah se golden brown ho jayein, unhe kadhai se bahar nikal kar tissue paper par rakh dein, taaki extra oil absorb ho jaye.
Taiyar huye Unniyappam ko thoda thanda hone ke baad serve karein.
