5.1/4 cup kata hua dhaniya (chopped coriander leaves)
6.1/4 cup hari mirch, barik kata hua (green chili, finely chopped)
7.1/4 cup tamatar, barik kata hua (tomato, finely chopped)
8.1 teaspoon lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
9.Tel, tadne ke liye
10.Namak, swaad anusar
11.1 teaspoon jeera (cumin seeds)
12.1/2 teaspoon haldi powder (turmeric powder)

1.Ek bartan mein besan, dahi aur pani daal kar achchi tarah mix karein.
2.Pyaaz, tamatar, hari mirch aur dhaniya daal kar mix karein.
3.Lal mirch powder, haldi powder, jeera aur namak swaad anusar daal kar mix karein.
4.Gas par madhyam aanch par ek tawa ya kadhai garam karein. Tel daalein.
5.Tawa ya kadhai mein besan ka mixture daalein aur acche se phaila dein.
6.Achche se garam hone tak ek taraf se pakayein, phir ulta kar dein aur doosri taraf se bhi pakayein.
7.Susla taiyar hai, isko kata hua hari mirch aur dhaniya se sajayein aur garam garam serve karein.
8.Apne svadisht susle ke maje uthayein!
