| 2. | Usmein sarson ke beej daalein aur unhein phoolne tak rakh dein. |
| 3. | Jeera, urad dal aur chana dal daalein. Halka bhura hone tak bhunein. |
| 4. | Kata hua kaju daal kar ek minute tak bhunein jab tak woh halka bhure na ho jaayein. |
| 5. | Ab kata hua pyaaz aur hari mirch daalein. Pyaaz transparent ho jaane tak bhunein. |
| 6. | Adrak, gajar, hari matar aur shimla mirch daal kar 2-3 minute tak bhunein jab tak sabziyan thodi pak jaayein. |
| 7. | Iss bich, alag se ek saucepan mein paani ubalne ke liye rakh dein. Paani ubal aane tak rakh dein. |
| 8. | Ubli hui paani ko dhire-dhire rava mein daal kar ache se milayein aur rava ko 2-3 minutes tak soak hone dein. |
| 9. | Ab rava ko kadai mein daalein aur ache se milayein. Namak daal kar mix karein. Dhakkan daalkar halki aanch par 5-7 minutes tak pakayein jab tak rava paka na ho jaayein. |
