1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
1 teaspoon lal mirch powder
1 teaspoon dhaniya powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Namak swad anusar
2 tablespoon tel
1 tablespoon makhan
1/4 cup taza malai
Sajane ke liye:
Kata hua dhaniya (coriander leaves)
Kata hua paneer

Paneer aur uble aloo ko alag-alag grate kar ke ek mixing bowl mein daalein.
Bowl mein makke ka atta, adrak-lehsun ka paste, hari mirch, kata hua dhaniya, aur namak daal kar ache se milaye, taki dough jaisi consistency ho jaye.
Mixture ko chote chote hisse mein baant le aur unhe gol kofta shape de.
Ek deep pan ya kadhai mein tel garam karein aur koftas ko halka brown hone tak fry karein. Koftas ko nikal kar excess tel ko paper towel par drain karein. Alag rakh dein.
Ek alag pan mein tel aur makhan garam karein gravy ke liye.
Kata hua pyaaz daal kar translucent hone tak bhunein.
Adrak-lehsun ka paste daal kar bhunein, jab tak kaccha swad na rahe.
Tamatar ka paste daal kar oil alag hone tak pakayein.
Haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, aur namak daal kar ache se milaye aur kuch minute tak pakayein.
Gravy ki consistency ko adjust karne ke liye pani daalein aur aur 5 minute tak pakayein.
Taza malai daalein aur ache se milayein.
Koftas ko serve karne se pehle ek serving dish mein rakh kar garam gravy daal dein.
Kata hua dhaniya aur kata hua paneer se sajayein.
Garam garam naan, roti, ya chawal ke saath serve karein.

Adrak-lehsun ka paste daal kar ek minute tak bhunein, jab tak raw smell naa jaye.

Haldi powder, lal mirch powder, garam masala powder aur namak daal dein. Acche se milayein aur ek minute tak pakayein.
Alag se ek bartan mein 2 cup paani garam karein. Usmein Maggi noodles aur sath mein aane wala masala daal dein. Maggi noodles ko packet par di gayi instructions ke hisaab se naram hone tak pakaayein.
Pakaye gaye noodles ko chaan kar kadhai mein banaye hue masale ke saath milayein. Masale se noodles ko achhe se coat karein.
Aur ek minute tak pakayein, lagatar chamcha chalate rahein.
