1.Hari mirch ko dho kar aise tukde kar lein ki unka sira bacha rahe.
2.Tawe par tel garam karein aur usmein hari mirch tukde sek lein. Sekhne ke baad alag rakh dein.
3.Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein kaju, badam, ilayachi, kali mirch, laung aur tej patta daalein. Bhunein jab tak masale bhun jaayein.
