1.Makhana ko ek kadhai mein ghee mein bhunein, jab tak woh thoda brown ho jaayein.
2.Bhune hue makhana ko thoda thanda hone tak rakh dein aur fir usko chutki bhar mein chota-chota tukde kar lein.
3.Ek patili mein doodh garam karein aur usmein chutki bhar kesar daal dein.
4.Doodh mein chini daal kar acchi tarah se milayein aur dheemi aanch par pakayein.
