INGRIDIENTS

1.Aloo Paratha:

2 cups gehu ka atta (wheat flour)
4 aloo (potatoes), boiled and mashed
1 teaspoon adrak lehsun ka paste (ginger garlic paste)
1 teaspoon lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
1/2 teaspoon haldi powder (turmeric powder)
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Namak (salt) swad anusar
Tel (oil) for cooking parathas
2.Poha:
Ingredients:
2 cups poha (flattened rice)
1 pyaaz (onion), chopped
1 hari mirch (green chili), chopped
1/4 cup curry patta (curry leaves)
1/4 teaspoon haldi powder (turmeric powder)
1/2 teaspoon lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
Namak (salt) swad anusar
Tel (oil) for cooking
3.Upma:
Ingredients:
1 cup rava (semolina)
2 tablespoons tel (oil)
1 teaspoon rai (mustard seeds)
1 teaspoon chana dal (split chickpeas)
1 pyaaz (onion), chopped
1 hari mirch (green chili), chopped
1/4 cup curry patta (curry leaves)
1/4 teaspoon haldi powder (turmeric powder)
Namak (salt) swad anusar
Pani (water) as required
Nimbu ka ras (lemon juice) for garnishing (optional)

Making of Indian Breakfast recipe in Hindi (Vidhi Indian Breakfast Banane ki)

1.Aloo Paratha:
Ek bowl mein atta, namak aur pani daalkar dough tayyar karein. Dhak kar kuch samay ke liye rest karne ke liye rakh dein.
Ek kadai mein tel garam karein aur usmein adrak lehsun ka paste daal kar sauté karein.
Sauté kiye hue paste mein mashed aloo, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, garam masala powder aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
Dough ko lekar chote chote balls bana lein aur ek ball ko bail kar acche se belan ki madad se bel lein.
Beli hui roti ke center mein aloo ka mixture rakhein aur roti ko band karke gujiya ki tarah seal kar dein.
Sealed roti ko bail kar paratha banayein aur tel mein shallow fry karein, dono taraf se acche se golden brown hone tak.
Taiyar parathe ko plate par nikalein aur garam garam serv karein.
2.Poha
Poha ko ache se dho kar paani mein bhigo dein aur thoda sa paani chhod kar 5-10 minute ke liye rakh dein.
Ek kadai mein tel garam karein aur usmein pyaaz, hari mirch aur curry patta daal kar sauté karein.
Sauté kiye hue masalo mein haldi powder, lal mirch powder aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
Bhigoye hue poha ko acche se chhan kar masalo ke saath mix karein.
Poha ko dhimi aanch par pakayein, dhyan rakhein ki vo acche se mix ho jaye aur flavors ko absorb kar le.
Taiyar poha ko plate par nikalein aur upar se hari dhaniya se sajayein.
3.Upma
Ek kadai mein tel garam karein aur usmein rai aur chana dal daal kar sauté karein, jab tak rai crackle na ho jaye aur chana dal golden brown na ho jaye.
Sauté kiye hue masalo mein pyaaz, hari mirch aur curry patta daal kar sauté karein, jab tak pyaaz translucent na ho jaye.
Ab rava daal kar halki aanch par roast karein, dhyan rakhein ki rava golden brown na ho jaye.
Roasted rava mein haldi powder, namak aur pani daal kar mix karein. Dhyan rakhein ki pani rava ko acche se cover kar le, taaki vo swadisht aur bhuna hua bane.
Dhimi aanch par rava ko pakayein aur cover karke 5-7 minutes tak steam cook karein, taaki vo fluffy ho jaye.
Taiyar upma ko plate par nikalein, upar se nimbu ka ras chidak kar garnish karein (optional) aur garam garam serv karein.
