Sabse pehle broccoli taiyar karein. Uske phoolon ko belon mein kaat lein aur usko dheere-dheere dhokar saaf kar lein.
Ek bartan mein paani ubalayein aur thoda namak daal dein. Broccoli ke belon ko is paani mein daal kar 2-3 minute tak ubalein, jab tak vo gehre hare rang mein tabdeel ho jayein aur thoda naram ho jayein.
Broccoli ke belon ko chaan kar ek bowl mein thande paani mein daal dein. Isse unka hare rang barkarar rahega aur pakaai hone ka process rok jayega.
Ek kadai mein zaitoon ka tel garam karein, aur usmein kata hua lehsun aur lal mirch flakes (agar istemal kar rahe hain) daal kar, lehsun khushbu na chhod de tak lagbhag 1 minute tak saute karein.
Ubale hue broccoli ke belon ko kadai mein daal kar acche se milayein aur lehsun-infused tel mein acche se bhunein. Namak aur kali mirch apne swad anusar dalen.
