Adai ek swadisht aur poshak tatv se bhara hua South Indian pancake hai. Isme chana dal (split chickpeas), urad dal (black gram), moong dal (split mung beans), aur toor dal (pigeon peas) jaise alag-alag dalon ka mishran aur chawal ka istemal hota hai. Yeh ek lokpriya nashta ya snack hai jo poshan se bharpoor aur swadisth hai. Adai banane ka tarika kaafi saral hai aur taiyaari ke liye jyada samay nahi lagta.

Adai banane ke liye, pehle dalon aur chawal ko dho kar pani mein bhigokar kuch ghante ke liye rakhna hota hai. Isse dal aur chawal naram ho jate hain aur unhe grind karne mein asaan ho jata hai. Bhigoye hue dal aur chawal ko chhan kar thoda sa mota aata bana lein. Is aate ki consistency regular dosa batter se thodi zyada ghanee honi chahiye.

Making of Adai recipe in Hindi (Vidhi Adai Banane ki)

Ukda chawal aur dal ko acche se dho len. Unhe 2-3 ghante ke liye pani me bhigo den.
Pani nikal den aur chawal aur dal ko blender me daal den. Hari mirch, adrak, hing, haldi powder, aur namak bhi mila den. Thoda pani daal kar kadak paste bana len.
Paste ko ek bowl me daal kar barik kata hua pyaaz aur hara dhaniya mila len. Acche se mix kar len.
Ek tawa ya non-stick skillet ko medium aanch par garam karen. Ek karchi paste ka ek hissa lekar tawa ke beech me daal den.
Karchi ke pichle hisse ki madad se paste ko golakar faila den, patla chilla banane ke liye.
Adai ke kinare aur upar thoda tel daal den. 2-3 minute tak pakayen, jab tak niche se sona rang na aaye.
Halka sa spatula istemal karke adai ko palat den aur dusre taraf bhi 2-3 minute tak crispy hone tak pakayen.
Adai ko tawa se hatakar garam-garam serve karen, sath me nariyal chutney, tamatar ki chutney ya apni pasand ki koi bhi chutney ke saath.
Apne pasandeeda chutney ke saath mazedar aur poshtik Adai ka anand uthaiye!
