Ingredients for Vegetable Spring Roll

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 spring roll wrappers

How to Make Vegetable Spring Rolls

1.Heat the oil in a large Deep Pan or wok over medium heat.
2.Now Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3.After the Onions are cooked add carrot, cabbage, mushrooms, bean sprouts, cilantro, salt, and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes.
4.Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
5.Place a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface.
6.Now add the Vegetable Mixture according to the size of your spring roll wrapper
7.After filling in the Wrapper fold the wrapper in such a way that while you fry spring roll the Vegetable mixture should not come out
8.Heat oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 375 degrees.
9.Fry the spring rolls in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
10.Drain on paper towels and serve immediately with your favourite dipping sauce.
