1. | Chawal, urad dal aur methi ko alag alag bartan mein dho kar 4-5 ghante ke liye bhigo dein. |
2. | Chawal, urad dal aur methi ko mixie mein daal kar acchi tarah blend karein. Paani daalein aur acchi tarah mix karein. Ye batter utna patla nahi hona chahiye jitna dosa ka batter hota hai. |
3. | Batter ko ek bartan mein nikalein aur namak daal kar acchi tarah mix karein. |
4. | Ek tawa ko garam karein aur tel daal kar ubla hua batter us par daalein. Dheere se circular motion mein failayein aur tel daal dein. |
5. | Pyaaz, hari mirch, tamatar aur hara dhaniya ko uttapam ke upar daal dein. |
6. | Uttapam ko halka bhura hone tak sek lein. |
7. | Uttapam ko palat dein aur doosri taraf se bhi sek lein. |
8. | Uttapam ko plate mein nikalein aur doosre uttapam ke liye tawa ko tel se saaf karein. |
9. | Uttapam ko chutney ya sambar ke saath serve karein. |
