| 1. Ek kadai mein tel garam karein. 2. Tel garam hone par jeera aur sarson ke beej daal kar unhein phoolne tak rakh dein. 3. Ab hing daal dein aur ache se milayein. 4. Ismein barik kata hua pyaaz daal kar golden brown hone tak bhunein. 5. Pyaaz brown ho jaayein toh ismein tamatar aur hari mirch daal dein. Mix karein aur tamatar ache se gal jaane tak pakayein. 6. Tamatar gal jaane par turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder aur namak daal kar mix karein. 7. Ab turai ke dore daal dein aur ache se mix karein. 8. Dhakkan daalkar halki aanch par 10-12 minutes tak pakayein, ya jab tak turai naram na ho jaayein. 9. Ant me, garnish ke liye hara dhaniya daal kar serve karein. 10.
