Puri ke liye samagri:
1.2 cup gehun ka atta
2.1/2 tsp namak
3.2 tbsp tel
4.Pani, jarurat ke anusar
5.Tel, talne ke liye
Bhaji ke liye samagri:
6.3-4 aadhe se bade aloo, chhilke utar ke kaate
7.1 pyaaz, barik kata hua
8.1-2 hari mirch, kaate hue
9.1/2 inch adrak, kaddukas kiya hua
10.1/2 tsp sarson ke beej
11.1/2 tsp jeera
12.1/4 tsp hing
13.1/2 tsp haldi powder
14.1 tsp lal mirch powder
15.1 tsp dhaniya powder
16.1 tsp jeera powder
17.1/2 tsp garam masala
18.Namak swaad anusar
19.1 tbsp tel
20.Pani, jarurat ke anusar
21.Taaza dhaniya, barik kata hua, sajane ke liye

Making of Puri Bhaji Recipe in Hindi (Vidhi Puri Bhaji Banane ki)

NOHindi
1.Ek bowl me gehun ka atta, namak, aur 2 tbsp tel ko milaye aur ache se mix karein.
2.Thoda-thoda pani daalkar atta ko ghond lein, jab tak ki soft aur aasaan na ho jaye. 10-15 minute ke liye dhak kar rakh dein.
3.Ek kadhai me 1 tbsp tel garam karein aur sarson ke beej daalein. Jab tak ki pop ho jaaye, ise aadha minute ke liye bhunein.
4.Ab jeera, hing, aur kaddukas kiya hua adrak daalein. Achhe se mix karein.
5.Pyaaz aur hari mirch daal kar bhunein, jab tak ki pyaaz translucent na ho jaaye.
6.Ab isme chopped aloo, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, aur namak daal kar ache se mix karein.
7.Pani daal kar dhak kar aloo ko ubaal lein. Jab tak ki aloo ache se naram na ho jaayein.
8.Aloo ke naram hone ke baad garam masala daal kar achhe se mix karein. 1 minute ke liye pakayein.
9.Ek kadhai me tel garam karein aur usme puri talne ke liye taiyaar karein.
10.Aata ko barabar ke gol gola tukdon me baantein.
11.Ek tukda aate ko belan se 3-4 inch diameter ke gol aakar me bel lein.
12.Beli hui puri ko dheere se garam tel me daal dein aur tal lein, jab tak ki golden brown na ho jaaye.
13.Puri se adhik tel ko nikal lein aur bhaji ke sath garam garam serve karein.
14.Sajane ke liye kata hua dhaniya daal kar serve karein.
15.Aapka Puri Bhaji taiyar hai, swadisht bhojan ka aanand uthayein!
