  • 1 4/6 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt

How to Make Molasses Bread | Making of Molasses Bread – Molasess Bread

Till the time dough forms you can stir the all purpose flour, wheat flour, salt, molasses and butter
Take a Large Bowl and add Water,Sugar and Yeast in it and then let it be for 5 minuted till you find yeast in foam till the Dough is smooth you can knead dough on light surface to 5 minutes
Now add some little oil in a bowl so that the dough is rubbed to it and wrapping the same bowl with dough into with plastic for 1 hour in warm place or else in other case the dough should be doubled in size
Now Divide the Dough into 2 parts punching it and then make a loaf of each
Place the Loaf into the Pan for 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Now you can bake the loaf’s for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the loaf’s cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
