4. | Dhire-dhire paani daal kar ek gadha batter bana lein. Achchi tarah mix karein. |
5. | Ek steam karne wale bartan ya flat-bottomed vessel ko tel se lagakar grease karein. |
6. | Tawa se hata kar garam-garam ghee ya dudh ke saath serve karein. |
7. | Batter ko grease kiye huye plate mein daalein aur use barabar faila dein. |
8. | Dhimi aanch par 20-25 minute tak steam karein, jab tak vadi pak na jayein. Aap ek toothpick se check kar sakte hain ki vadi puri tarah se pak gayi hai ya nahin. |
9. | Jab vadi pak jaaye, use puri tarah thanda hone dein. |
10. | Ab thande vadi ko chhote chhote square ya diamond shape mein kaat lein. |
