| 2 tbsp almonds, cashews, dates and raisins | २ चम्मच बादाम, काजू, खजूर और किशमिश |

| Take a pan, heat ghee in it and roast semolina till it turns light brown. | एक कढ़ाई ले उसमें घी गरम करें और सूजी को हल्का भूरा होने तक भुने। |
| Heat milk in a bowl. | एक कटोरी में दूध गरम करें। |
| Now slowly add hot milk to the roasted semolina. | अब भुने हुए सूजी में धीरे-धीरे गरम दूध को मिलाते जाएं। |
| Add sugar to it and mix well and then add saffron and mix with a spoon. | इसमें चीनी डालकर अच्छी तरह से मिलाए और फिर केसर डालकर चम्मच से मिलाये। |
