Fir, chini aur pani se ek chashni banai jati hai, jismein kaju powder aur elaichi powder mix kiya jata hai. Kaju ko blender mein daal kar achhe se grind karein, taaki smooth powder bane.
Ek kadai mein chini aur pani daal kar madhyam aanch par chini gholne tak pakayein.
Chini ka ghol pakne ke baad usmein kaju powder aur elaichi powder daal kar acche se mix karein.
Ab gas ko dheema kar dein aur mixture ko ghise huye non-stick kadai mein daal kar madhyam aanch par pakayein.
Halki aanch par mixture ko halka brown hone tak pakayein, sath hi sath usee mein chalate rahein.
Jab mixture thick ho jaye aur kadai se alag hone lage, gas band kar dein.
Greased thali par mixture ko daal kar usse chammach ki madad se acche se patla aur rectangle shape mein flatten karein.
Chandi ka vark ko thali par sajayein aur mixture ko thanda hone dein.
Thanda ho jane par, kaju katli ko chhote-chhote diamond shape mein kaat lein.
Kaju katli ko airtight dabbe mein store karke upyog karein.
