Mutton Keema Aloo Patties is lightly spiced, crunchy a bit and Delicious. Whenever this Patties are made at our home the Atmosphere of the house is very much delightful because of the fragrance this patties produced after they are fried and also once you see them, they are mouth Watering you just can’t control yourself also you could not avoid taking a bite of it.
But yes we sit together we eat and the best part of this recipe is you dont need any of the sauces with these Mutton Keema Aloo patties though you can have the sauces Like tomato sauce, chilli sauce to dip and eat also the famous schezwan chutney but i myself do not prefer them with this Recipe as this is so much Delicious you can’t wait to eat them sometimes when they are fried i could not control myself and would start eating as soon as they are fried but that’s to hot to handle.

Note:- Ingredients here mentioned are for 24-25 Patties, Why we choose this for 24-25 patties ?, Any Guesses?
Its because as i mentioned earlier this Recipe is very Much mouth watering and i could not wait to eat them when they are cooked to at time of making the paste i eat some of the patties stuffing so to make more patties is beneficial it might like Funny and stupid to you but you yourself could not deny this craving of eating Stuffing of any of the recipe, But to make some more patties is normal as we provide some couple of patties to our neighbour, that’s ok , Let’s Continue
So this are our main ingredients we’ll use to make our Mutton Keema Aloo Pattie, now you can follow the method of Building/Making a Proper Mutton Keema Aloo pattie
Here In 1st Step we will prepare Keema Paste do follow below mentioned steps for a Perfect Keema Paste, This Paste is very much useful as this is the main stuffing other than potato in Mutton Keema Aloo Pattie recipe
1. | Take a pan |
2. | Add 2 tbsp oil |
3. | As oil starts heating add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste |
4. | Saute it for 2 mins, dont burn it |
5. | Now add 600 grams of mutton keema (washed & dried) |
6. | Add salt to taste |
7. | Cover it & cook until it gets cooked more than half (keep stirring in between) |
Now Here in Step 2 keema paste is being prepared so now to add some better taste in it we will add the following items to it
1. | 2 spoon red chilli powder |
2. | 2 spoon garam masala powder |
3. | 1 spoon roasted cumin powder |
4. | 2-3 green chillies chopped |
5. | Mix all the spices & keema |
6. | Cover it and cook for 2-3 mins |

As keema paste is dried ,its the right time to add onions (finely chopped), mix everything properly & cook for few minutes, paste should be completely dry, all water should be evaporated then keep it aside & bring it to room temperature add few chopped leaves of Mint & Coriander to garnish and also have a fresh taste of both of them.
Now here the Most Important part is to make a simple yet tasty potato paste, If you wonder why this step is important so here is the answer because we will fill the keema paste inside this potato paste in next step so this step in very much important for Mutton keema aloo pattie recipe
1. | Take 2 kg boiled & mashed potatoes |
2. | Add salt to taste |
3. | Add 2 spoon red chilli flakes |
4. | Add 1 spoon black pepper |
5. | Few chopped leaves of Mint & Coriander |
6. | Mix it properly |
Here we’ll see how to fill the potato with keema paste and make a ball of it so that when you Deep fry it wont break, if it breaks all the keema stuff will be swimming around in your Deep Fry Pan so make the balls correctly
1. | Apply few drops of oil in the palm |
2. | Take a medium sized ball of potato paste |
3. | Give a shape of bowl |
4. | Fill it with a spoon of keema paste |
5. | cover the keema paste in the potato ball completely |
6. | Keema paste should not come out of potato ball |
1. | Beat an Egg |
2. | Dip patties in egg |
3. | Deep Fry it in a hot oil pan |
1. | Dip patties in a beated egg |
2. | Cover it with breadcrumps |
3. | And than deep fry it in a hot oil pan |
