1. | 5 pounds of live crawfish |
2. | 2 lemons, halved |
3. | 2 onions, quartered |
4. | 1 head of garlic, halved crosswise |
5. | 1/2 cup of salt |
6. | 1/2 cup of Cajun seasoning |
7. | 2 sticks of butter |
8. | 1/4 cup of hot sauce or Schezwan chutney if needed you can add but is optional |
9. | 4 ears of corn, shucked and halved |
10. | 1 pound of new potatoes, washed and halved |

1. | Add Lemons, Garlic, onions, cajun, and salt to the Half filled Large POT of water |
2. | Now Stir for 10 Minutes over high heat and boil the water till the flavour mixes into it perfectly |
3. | Now you can add the crawfish to the pot fill with flavoured water and cook it on medium flame till 5-7 minutes or else until they turn bright red and float to the top of the water |
4. | Now remove the crawfish from the pot and put it into the PLate |
5. | Add butter and hot sauce or schezwan chutney (if using) to the pot wait till the time butter melts into the pot and the Hot sauce or schezwan chutney boils for few minutes |
6. | NOw you can add the corn and potatoes to pot and cook them for 10-12 minutes |
7. | Now you can remove the corn and potatoes with the Slotted spoon and add upon the crawfish in a plate |
8. | Pour the remaining butter sauce over the crawfish, corn, and potatoes and toss everything is Perfectly Mixed in the butter sauce. |
9. | Serve immediately with plenty of napkins. |
10. | Enjoy your hot n juicy crawfish! |
