MARGARITA PIZZA

INGREDIENTS [Quantity- 3 Pizza]

  • 1 big size Onion chopped
  • 2 to 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 cup Salt
  • 200 gram Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 3 tsp Oregano
  • 3 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 big Tomato Puree
  • 1 tbsp Oil

MAKING OF PIZZA SAUCE

  1. Put a pan on medium flame
  2. Add 1 tbsp Oil
  3. Add 1 big chopped Onion
  4. Add 2-3 chopped Garlic cloves
  5. Slightly saute it
  6. Don’t let it turn brown
  7. Now add 1 big Tomato puree
  8. Give it a proper mix
  9. Keep flame high
  10. Now add 1-1/2 tsp of Oregano
  11. Add 1 tsp Sugar
  12. Add 1-1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
  13. Add 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  14. Add 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  15. Properly mix everything & let the water burn
  16. As it turns in the thick sauce, turn off the flame
  17. Your Margarita Pizza Sauce is READY…..

MAKING & ASSEMBLING OF MARGARITA PIZZA

  1. Put a Vessel on a Low Flame
  2. Add 1 cup Salt in it & put it for preheat around 10 mins
  3. Now take a Pizza Base
  4. Poke it with fork
  5. Apply the Pizza Sauce which we prepared & spread it well
  6. Now cover it with shredded or diced Mozzarella Cheese
  7. Sprinkle some Oregano according to your taste
  8. Sprinkle some Mixed Herbs according to your taste
  9. Sprinkle some Chilli Flakes according to your taste
  10. At this stage you can also add Veggies of your choice
  11. You can also keep it without Veggies
  12. Now put a stand in a vessel & keep a pizza on a stand
  13. Cover it & cook it on Low flame for 15 mins
  14. After 15 mins take it out
  15. Your YUMMY EASY CHEESY MARGARITA PIZZA is ready to serve !!!!!
  16. Cut it into pieces with the help of pizza cutter
  17. Serve it hot with Tomato ketchup, Oregano or Chilli Flakes
  18. You can also serve it with Cold Drinks or Cold Coffee for your HOUSE PARTY….
