Dhuska, Bihar, Bharat se prasiddh ek visheshta wali dish hai jo Bihari bhojan ki mithaas ko dikhata hai. Chawal aur chana dal (split chickpeas) ka mishran banakar, yeh nashte ya khane ke samay chuna jane wala ek swadisht vikalp hai.
Dhuska banane ki prakriya chawal aur chana dal ko alag alag 4 ghante tak bhigokar shuru hoti hai. Bhigane ke baad, inhe dhokar achhe se chhan lete hain. In bhigaye huye samagriyon ko hari mirch aur adrak ke saath mixer mein pees kar, ek smooth paste banate hain, jo swad se bharpur hota hai. Is paste mein kata hua pyaaz aur kata hua pudina milaya jata hai, jisse ek aur swadisht parat aur tajaai milti hai.
