Making of Dal Bati recipe in Hindi (Vidhi Dal Bati Banane ki)

| 1. | Bati ke liye aata, sooji, ghee aur namak ko ek mishran karein. Dheere-dheere pani dalte hue ek kathor aata banayein. Ise 30 minute ke liye dhak kar rakh dein. |
| 2. | Oven ko 180°C par pahle se garam karein. |
| 3. | Aate ko chhote tukdon mein baante aur gol-gol ball banayein. Unhe baking tray par rakhkar 25-30 minute tak bhure aur kurkure hone tak bake karein. |
| 4. | Dal banane ke liye, arhar dal aur moong dal ko acchi tarah se dho kar 30 minute ke liye pani mein bhigo dein. Pani ko nikal dein. |
| 5. | Ek cooker mein dal, pyaz, tamatar, hari mirch, haldi powder, jeera, hing aur namak dal kar pani dal dein. Cooker mein 2-3 seeti aane tak dal ko ubalein. |
| 6. | Cooker ko utar kar dal ko mixie mein blend karein. Iske baad dal ko wapas cooker mein daal dein. |
| 7. | Dal ko medium aanch par 5-7 minute tak pakayein aur phir usmein 2-3 bade chammach ghee milayein. |
| 8. | Bati ko garam dal ke saath serve karein. |
