Dahi Bhalla ka mishran banane ke liye dhyan rakhna jaruri hai. Bhalle ko bhigane ke baad use achhe se thanda hone dena aur phir usko dahi mein bhigokar achhe se masalo ke saath serve karna. Is dish ke saath imli chutney aur hari chutney ka upyog karte hain, jo isko aur bhi swadisht banati hai.

1 cup urad dal (black gram lentils)
2 cups dahi (curd)
1/2 teaspoon haldi powder (turmeric powder)
1/2 teaspoon lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
1/2 teaspoon dhania powder (coriander powder)
1/2 teaspoon jeera powder (cumin powder)
1/2 teaspoon amchur powder (dry mango powder)
1 tablespoon imli chutney (tamarind chutney)
1 tablespoon hari chutney (coriander chutney)
Kuch hari dhaniya (coriander leaves), kata hua

Ek bowl mein urad dal ko 4-5 ghante tak paani mein bhigoye.
Bhigoye hue dal ko acche se chaan kar mixer mein daal dijiye aur smooth paste bana lijiye.
Ab ismein haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhania powder, jeera powder aur namak milaiye.
Dahi bhalle ka mishran accha banane ke liye paste ko lagatar 5-7 minutes tak achhe se beat kijiye.
Ek kadhai mein tel garam kijiye aur ismein urad dal ka paste daal kar medium aanch par bhunein.
Dal ke bhalle ko halka golden brown hone tak pakaiye aur fir use nikal kar thanda hone dijiye.
Thande bhalle ko paani mein bhigo kar 10-15 minutes tak rakh dijiye.
Iske baad bhalle ko halka sa daba kar paani nikaal lijiye aur ek plate mein rakhiye.
Ek alag bowl mein dahi ko acche se phent lijiye. Usmein namak, lal mirch powder, jeera powder aur amchur powder milaiye.
Ab thande bhalle ko dahi mein daal kar acche se bhigoliye aur unhein 10-15 minutes ke liye rakh dijiye.
Dahi bhalle ko serve karne ke liye, plate mein bhalle rakhiye aur upar se imli chutney aur hari chutney daal dijiye.
