Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 Cup butter (Would not be Salted and at the same time it would be soften)
  • 1/4 Cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 Cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 Cup chocolate chips but not so sweet

Instructions

  • Turn your oven on to 350 F (180 C).
  • Then, put a sheet of special paper called "parchment paper" on a flat tray that you can use for baking.
  • Now in a bowl, mix together some soft butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla flavour until it looks fluffy and light.
  • Then, add some flour and a little bit of salt, and mix it together to blend it.
  • After that, mix in some oats and some chocolate chips until they're spread out. with your hands now you can shape the mixture into little lumps and put them on the tray.
  • Now, put the tray into the oven and let it bake for about 12-15 minutes.
  • When the cookie lumps are a golden brown color and feel a bit firm when you touch them, they're ready!
  • Finally, let the cookie lumps cool down on the tray before you eat them or store them in a container that can be closed tightly. Enjoy your yummy cookie lumps!
