Sabse pehle, ek badi katori mein chicken ko namak, haldi, aur lal mirch powder ke saath acche se mila kar rakh dein. Isse chicken mein masale acche se ghuste hain. Chicken ko kam se kam 1 ghante tak marinate hone ke liye rakh dein. |
Ek kadhai mein sarson ka tel garam karein. Tel garam hone par usme kalonji powder daalein aur use bhune, takriban 1 minute tak. |
