2. | Gas band kar dein aur doodh mein nimbu ka ras daal dein. Milayein aur doodh ko paneer ki tarah dardara kar dein. |
3. | Doodh ko ek kapde ki madad se chaan kar thanda hone ke liye 10-15 minute ke liye rakh dein. |
4. | Paneer ko ek mixing bowl mein daal kar 5-6 minute tak acche se ghisein tak ki vo chikna ho jaye. |
