1 pound boneless chopped lamb meat |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder |
1 small bowl chopped onion |
1 small bowl chopped cilantro |
1 tablespoon garlic paste |
1 tablespoon tomato paste |
1 tablespoon cumin powder |
1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder |
1 tablespoon red chili powder |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
4 hamburger buns |
Lettuce, tomato, onion rings, and cheese slices and Necessary Sauces for toppings |
Instructions |

Take a Bowl and Add Lamb Meat with Chopped Onion, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Garlic Paste, Cilantro, Tomtato Paste, Turmeric Powder, Cumin powder, Red Chilli Powder, and Olive Oil |
Mix all this in a bowl very well and keep it for a Hour to Marinate |
Now Divide the mixture into equal parts and shape them into patties. |
Now Cook the Patties for 4-5 Minutes on a medium to high heat on a Pan or else Heat in a Grill Until You see Browned cooked Patties |
Slightly Toast the Hamburger buns |
Now Add Tomato, Onion rings, Cheese, Lettuce Sauces according to taste on the Buns |
Put the Patty between the two buns |
