2. | Tel ko ek kadhai mein garam karein. Baby corn ke tukde ko batter mein dip kar ke usko tel mein tal lein, jab tak wo golden brown na ho jaayein. Ab inhein ek tissue paper par nikal lein. |
3. | Ek alag se kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein lehsun aur adrak ko daal kar ek minute tak bhunein. |
4. | Ab usmein kaati hui pyaaz aur hari shimla mirch daal kar kuch minute tak pakayein, jab tak sabji pak kar halki si crispy na ho jaayein. |
