1 teaspoon fennel seeds1 चम्मच सौंफ के बीज
1 teaspoon turmeric powder1 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
1 teaspoon red chili powder1 छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
2 teaspoons coriander powder2 छोटे चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
Salt to tasteनमक स्वादअनुसार
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves2 बड़े चम्मच कटी हुई धनिया पत्ती

MAKING OF ARBI KI SABJI Recipe in Hindi

Peel and chop the arbi into small pieces.अरबी को छीलकर छोटे-छोटे टुकड़े कर लीजिए.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and fennel seeds. Let them crackle.एक पैन में तेल गरम करें और उसमें जीरा, राई और सौंफ डालें। उन्हें चटकने दो।
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder and mix well.हल्दी पावडर, लाल मिर्च पावडर और धनिया पावडर डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ।
Add the chopped arbi and mix well.कटी हुई अरबी डालें और अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ।
Add salt and mix well.नमक डालें और अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ।
Cover and cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes or until the arbi is cooked.मध्यम आंच पर ढककर 10-12 मिनट या अरबी के पकने तक पकाएं।
