| 2. | Ek kadhai mein amla ke tukde aur gur ya cheeni daalein. Halki aanch par garam karein aur gur/cheeni pighal jaane tak pakayein. |
| 3. | Aanch ko kam karke mishran ko halki aanch par pakate rahein, hamesha hilate rahein, jab tak gur/cheeni puri tarah se ghul na jaaye aur ek gada syrup bane. Iska sticky consistency hona chahiye. |
