Aloo Vadi recipe in Hindi

Dhaniya (coriander) powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste (namak)

Making of Aloo Vadi recipe in Hindi (Vidhi Aloo Vadi Banane ki)

Alu vadi ko 10-15 minutes tak paani mein bhigo kar rakh dein. Isse vadi naram ho jayegi aur uske liye tayyar ho jayegi.
Aloo ko chheel kar cubes mein kaat lein.
Kadhai mein tel garam karein, medium aanch par. Usmein jeera aur hing dal dein. Kuch seconds tak tadke lene dein.
Kadhai mein chopped pyaaz dal kar translucent hone tak sauté karein.
Ab kadhai mein aloo ke cubes dal kar achhe se mix karein. Lagbhag 5 minutes tak pakayein, thodi-thodi der mein hilaate rahein.
Haldi powder, dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder aur namak dal kar sabko achhe se mix karein, aloo ko masalon se achhe se coat kar dein.
Alu vadi ko paani se nikal kar kadhai mein dalein aur milayein. Aloo aur vadi ko saath-saath pakayein, 8-10 minutes tak ya jab tak vadi aur aloo achhe se pak na jayein.
