INGRIDIENTS

1.1 cup besan (gram flour)
2.1 cup dahi (yogurt)
3.2 cups paani (water)
4.1 tsp haldi powder (turmeric powder)
5.1 tsp laal mirch powder (red chilli powder)
6.1 tsp rai (mustard seeds)
7.1 tsp til (sesame seeds)
8.Kadi patta (curry leaves)
9.Namak swaad anusar (salt to taste)
10.Tel (oil) cooking ke liye
11.Hara dhaniya (coriander leaves) aur nariyal ke tukde (coconut pieces) garnish ke liye

Making of Khandvi recipe in Hindi (Vidhi Khandvi Banane ki)

NOHindi
1.Ek bowl mein besan, dahi aur paani ko acchi tarah se milayein, taaki koi lumps na rahein. Ek ubla hua mixture taiyaar karein.
2.Ab is mixture mein haldi powder, laal mirch powder aur namak daal kar acchi tarah se milayein.
3.Non-stick tawa par tel daal kar garam karein aur is mixture ko us par daal dein. Gas ko dheema kar dein aur mixture ko halka sa ubalne dein. Mixture ko halka sa ubalte hue 5-7 minutes tak pakaayein.
4.Ab mixture ko tawa se hata kar ek cutting board ya ek saaf surface par daal dein aur use ek patla aur lamba patta bana lein.
5.Patta ko chhote-chhote square pieces mein kaat lein.
6.Kadi patta, til aur rai ko ek chhoti kadhai mein tel ke saath bhun lein. Jab rai phutne lage, gas ko band kar dein.
7.Is mixture ko patta ke upar daal dein aur hara dhaniya aur nariyal ke tukde se garnish karein.
8.Khandvi ko serve karne se pehle ek baar aur garnish kar lein.
9.Mazeedar khandvi ka swaad lijiye!
