1. | Halwa banane ke liye, ek kadhai mein ghee garam karein aur suji ko dhimi aanch par bhunein jab tak yeh sunehra na ho jaye aur khushboo na aane lage. |
2. | Ek alag kadhai mein chini aur pani mila kar ubaal aayein. |
3. | Ubale hue chashni mein bhune hue suji ko daal dein aur acchi tarah se milayein. Halwa ko tab tak hilate rahein jab tak yeh gadha na ho jaye aur kadhai ke kinare se alag hone lage. |
4. | Halwa mein elaichi powder aur chopped nuts (optional) daal kar acchi tarah se milayein. Aanch band kar dein aur halwa ko thanda hone dein. |

6. | Thoda-thoda karke pani daal kar, atta ko goondhte rahein jab tak yeh mulayam aur elaichi na ho jayein. Aate ko dhak kar 15-20 minute ke liye chhod dein. |
